NYC Parks Department Project

We recently completed a project for the NYC Parks Department where we worked for 15 hours straight, during a storm.

This project required us to  unload six containers that weighed 22,000 lbs each. They were lifted from a trailer and set on top of concrete posts. The lifting eyes were supposed to be on the top of the units and to our surprise, there were no lifting eyes, so we had to use or rigging knowledge to develop a plan to move the containers in place.

There was a 1″ clearance between each unit, so we had to get the rigging equipment we used out from in between the pieces once they were set.
The project went well the challenge was accomplished!
