We recently completed a rigging project at Rikers. We needed to move and place a generator and some tanks. We used the following vehicles:
Mitsubishi Box Truck
Mack Truck
Ford Pickup
Tilt Body Truck
60 Ton Crane
100 Ton Crane
At one one point, the crane became stuck in the mud, but we were able to get it free. We extended the outriggers and used OSHA planks to temporarily solve the problem of getting the crane in to rig the last tank of the day. The DOC volunteered their help and brought over large excavators, solid soil, and metal plates to allow for our exit.
